CHAMPAGNE MOJITO

The minty mojito is taken to a sparkling new level. A mix of Bacardi Superior, G.H. Mumm Champagne and mint leaves. A dash of Gomme, elderflower cordial, lime juice and topped with soda water. Finished with a lemon wheel and a cherry!

Bellini

Peach purée and Prosecco. The Bellini should be a soft pink colour as it’s name came from the Venetian artist Giovanni Bellini due to its unique pink colour being akin to one of Bellini’s paintings

French 75

Bombay Sapphire gin, lemon juice, sugar and G.H. Mumm Champagne, finished with a lemon twist. The drink was named after a large gun, which the creator deemed to have the same kick as the cocktail

 

The elderflower
